Jessica Ann Marji is a Lawrence Tech alum, possessing both a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Architecture. She has been working with Siegal/Tuomaala Associates Architects and Planners for just over 4 years and recently passed all her registration exams. In addition to her position at the firm, she is an Adjunct Professor at LTU, teaching online for the College of Architecture and Design and on campus for the College of Management.
To further expand her professorial experience, she holds an architectural workshop once a week at Oakland Community College, assisting students with creating their visions in 3D. Teaching at both LTU and OCC has proven to be a rewarding and mutually beneficial experience, as Jessica believes she learns equally as much from her students as they do from her.
Jessica is a member of the American Institute of Architect and was an active member of AIA Detroit’s Emerging Professional’s Committee for several years. She is currently focusing on educating her students, participating in campus events, and striving to always improve her teaching skills. In her spare time, she has established a small graphic design business, gotten married, and purchased a home. Jessica hopes to someday create a legacy of meaningful architecture, inspired teaching, and purposeful life.
